New Dark Eldar Kit Predicition

+ Our weapons ARE 36 inch range so we could be targeted. I like that though. Maybe price it at 5 more points than the current ones.

If you could not be targeted from over 36", you could stay 42"+x" away and move your fast 'more than 6" 'in - and all your guns would be in range.

The old(actual) ones are worse: put a ravager with NS just outside of 48"-6" so you wont get shot when your opponent moves up 6", then move 12" and you are just outside of 36". You have to Position yourself in a way that your opponent has to move around sth so cant move that far so you can be closer and you would have to stand sideways in order to gain 2" by turning. Tricky, i usually go for FF which are no-brainer

A increase of dark lance range would of course help.

Did I already say that i like the proposal of the 6th-ed-night-fight-shield?

please please please please please don't make flickerfields +1 to cover save.

Instead make it shrouded or keep the 5+ invul

I will be very frustrated if it turns out that DEldar get 0 (zero) new kits.

They'll gain new kits for current models and maybe some stupid skimmer that's Tantalus sized.

It's time to release a freaking Voidraven and plastic Incubi at least.

Plastic incubi and grotesques would be very welcome. I'd probably rather have that than new wracks.

I can see Voidraven getting dropped. Plastic Incubi and Grotesques would be cool. New wracks would be nice as well.

Vect and the Dais are what really need models though.

Granted none of that concerns me amazingly because my army is getting done up with Elderp Rangers and bits from DE.

I read somewhere that wracks might be made into plastic and they with a second choise in the assembly.
Kinda like the wraithguard/wraithblade kit for the craftworld cousins

I usually take this stuff with a heavy pinch of salt, but the latest is saying definitely next, with Voidraven having been REMOVED from Codex!
Shocking.

As I said in another thread, rumours come from a 'source' with an accuracy rate that I could match just by making random stuff up (which appears to be what Voice of the Chaos Gods is actually doing).

I'm sorely tempted to just make some stuff up and e-mail it to Natfka to see how long it takes for it to become an accepted 'fact'.

I also support this. While you're at it I'm sure some thing like mandrakes now get d6 attacks each and have a 2+ cover save at all times could be added....
