Eldar Primary with DE Allies

CAD1:

2 Farseers w/Jetbikes (6 rolls on telepathy table)
5-man Warlock council w/ 4 Jetbikes
Troops:
2x 3-man Windrider Jetbikes w/Shuriken Cannon
Fortification:
Aegis Defense Line w/ Quad Gun

CAD2:
HQ:
1 Farseer w/Jetbike
Troops:
2x 3-man Windrider Jetbikes w/Shuriken Cannon

Allied Detachments(3):
HQs:
Haemonculus Ancient
Haemonculus w/ Hexrifle
Haemonculus w/ Liquifier Gun
Troops:
3x 3-man wrack squads
Fast Attack:
2x 6-man Reaver squads w/ 2x Heat Lances and 1 Cluster Caltrops
1x 6-man Reaver squad w/ 2x Heat Lances and 2x Cluster Caltrops
Transports:
1x Venom w/ Dual splinter cannons

Total: 1850

4 Jetbike Warlocks split off from the council to lead each of the 4 windrider squads and give them conceal/shrouded and an additional power from runes of battle(hopefully horrify).

The fifth Warlock is placed on the quad gun to grant conceal to the Haemy Ancient and Hexrifle Haemy joining him. The ancient is manning the quad gun for 2+ twin linked hits. This squad has shrouded for a 2+ cover save, feel no pain, furious charge, sniper, interceptor, and skyfire.

Each of the 3 Farseers rolls on the telepathy table and joins a unit of reavers, raising their LD to 10, granting the farseers skilled rider, and granting the unit some nifty, highly mobile psychic powers(Psychic shriek ftw!) in addition to their heat lances and caltrops.

The Liquifier Haemy mount's up in the venom with a unit of wracks for some LG fun.

The two footslogging wrack squads are kept in cover in the deployment zone, possibly holding down an objective point.

Will be going for intimidating presence warlord trait.


Summary:
This list is a heavily modified version of my boogeyman list. There is a strong possibility of getting the correct powers to scare enemies off of the table, but this list doesn't rely on that possibility. In this list, it's more of a bonus if it happens. If not, I likely have invisible reaver squads and 2+ jink saving windriders running around capping and contesting every objective in MoW missions.

You can't run the warlock alone. He is either part of the council or attached to guardians.

So, there was a 5 man warlock council. 4 left the council to lead guardians. 1 was left on the council.

He is part of the council. But if you look in the book, there is nothing stopping 1 warlock from being in the council. He doesn't have independant character that way, but that's fine since I have paired him up with 2 ICs.
