Help with a competitive list.

So i want to build a competitive list, i want it to be shooty though, i really like the kabalite models and I'm not crazy about wyches. if you guys could post your 1000-1500 pt shooty lists so i could get some ideas that would be great.
I know shooting is something dark elder has little trouble with, but is a all shooty list viable?

Here's mine. The Coven units help net more Venoms (the 3-man Wrack squads can sit on backfield objectives) and provide a pair of units that can fight (Grots and large Wrack squad)
