| The Warlocks are going to make crazy coven Reaver riders, or Madrakes. The Exes may make super Incubi straight out of the box! There's certainly a bunch of cool helmets to be had from the BG/ Exe box. I'm not sure the chariots offer much conversion fodder, but I do like the interesting heads of the drivers. Captain Planet Terror is typical GW tongue in cheek sillyness that makes me laugh. The second wave is far more appealing to me. | |

| So I got my Dark Elves yesterday...
Lovely kits, very interesting how the Cauldron goes together.
Potential bad news, I haven't tried physically kit bashing things yet but the Dark Elves are at a different scale, very comparable to the LOTR range. _________________ Sky Serpent - Drukhari 40k My Facebook blog, follow for battle reports, tactics, painting and conversions

| I think thats Aragon's fault, the guy is a superb sculptor, but alot of his sculpts cut out the heroic proportions of the models.
I only picked up a box of Witch Elves, they look nice (mine are still on the sprue at the moment) and not too hard to put some guns on to make Wyches. The Sister heads are a little simplistic but still look menacing and the whips are very nice but look like they'll be prone to snapping. The sister parts will get put aside for some Incubi conversions i've got planned. Sadly there is only enough hair to make 10 unmasked heads. The price is too steep for Fantasy where you'll need a block of 30 to do anything, but for 40k where i'll only be using 10 Wyches, its a little easier to swallow.

| New black guard kit are just perfect for Asdrubael convertion. Just ideal by the look of it. _________________ The Dance of Death begins - embraces, caresses, and kisses, The Harlequin loves you as you fall over in pieces!

I look forward to some side by side comparison shots if you can swing it.
