Dark Lances

Well I got shown could be done to get the most DL and I said stinky chezze and he showed me how well it can work. Tore my sistsrs up. Game was fun, gonna try a list like his tomorrow night. Let ya know what my list is and it do'ed.

The most efficent use of Dark Lances hmmm..... Well are you talking about Darklight weapons? Or Just Dark Lances? If you want Dark Lances just bring a couple of ravagers or bring some kabalites with a blaster inside a raider with a DL. Playing Sisters huhhh? Nice well im doing a Fallen Sister themed army ( I love me some Chaotic awesomeness) oh btw if you wany try out Trueborn in a venom with 3 blasters or 2 Dark Lances you have a mobile venom except the lances will snap fire better off with the blasters i so wish they were assault 2 for the crap range they have 18

18" on Blasters is not crap considering everything we fire them off from moves 6".

That's 24" of effective range. Name one other army that has a 24" S8 AP2 Lance weapon for 15 points that can be carried in mass, and by infantry.

I do find that 15 points is a bit steep all thing considered though, I think 10 points would be more balanced. Same for our lances 25pts for an AP2 missile launcher with the lance rule, and 12" shorter range? No thanks.

I don't think the range will change, but the price will definitely.

The Bright Lance is 10 points on an Eldar Falcon

I'm fine with the range, the only reason mentioned it was because I was comparing it to a 5pt/free missile launcher marines have access to.

A price drop would go a long way for sure.

Yes, yes it would. He showed me that by taking 5 squads of 10 warriors w/DL with raiders/DL just stripped down bare vanilla, start the game disembarked and with 5 units that's 10 shots already. Then 3 ravagers adding another 9 shots. Also 3 squads trueborn with 2 DL each with raiders. another 9 shots there. Stinkyyyyy
