Ok, so friendly 2000 pt game tomorrow vs an AdMech player I have played before in 8th, only then it was 1000 pt and I had a Kabal battalion. With the new rules, I have a few questions.

I have a Sslyth, and I have 2 archons. One archon I plan to keep near the back, probably with the ravagers (he doesnt have a Writ, as she is Flayed Skull, but she is my warlord and I gave the artifact to the Succubus). I dont want him dying, so I was thinking stick the Sslyth with her. Its 3 extra wounds which means more survivability. BUT, the other archon will be footslogging it to back up wyches or kabalites, or to take on an enemy unit by herself. Would the Sslyth be better backing her up? (also, if I absorb a wound with my Sslyth, does it mean the shadowfield never failed?)

Also, I am ~20 points short. Thats ok, as it gives me the flexability to swap in a Dissi Razorwing instead of a DL one. But if anyone has an idea of what to do for 20 points, feel free to say (or suggest getting rid of extras. id like to keep the voidraven though. Its a bad unit, but I like the look of it - on that note, Void Lance or Dark Scythe? I think Void Lance vs vehicle heavy AdMech, but more hits at S8 DD3 is probably less swingy than 2 hits at S9 DD6)

Finally, please comment on my combat drugs. Idea is to give the Succy extra speed to "keep up" with the venoms so she can back up one/both wych units when they disembark. But I dont know about everything else.
