Looking back at the PA for Kabals. So much wasted potential.
Please let me know how you like them. Here is what i would have done:
Master of the Raids: Archon Aura effects all <KABAL> units embarked in all transports while the Archon is also embarked in a transport.
Enhanced Splinter Racks; Kabal warriors gain +1 to Splinter racks and Splinter cannons are now effected by Splinter Racks.
Dark Weapon Mastery: Kabal warriors treat Dark Lances as Assault weapons.
Captured Slaves: Chain-Snares enemy non-vehicle units when choosing to fallback must roll a D6, on a 4+ that unit may fall back, otherwise it can not.
Dark light mastery: All Dark weapons instead roll 2D6 when determining the damage rolls if they are within 1/2 range with this weapons while firing at vehicles.
Trophy Hunter: Any units charging a vehicle equipped with Grisly Trophies has a -2" to their charge range.
Kabal the True kin: Kabal units may take 1 additional heavy weapon, or 1 addition special weapon if the unit is less than 10, if it is more than 10 it may take 1 additional heavy and 1 additional Special weapon instead.
Mercenaries Pact: If you select this Obsession you cannot tke another. Mercenaries in a this kabal detachment gains <Kabal> keyword.

Those are pretty powerful, and would have added some neat vectors to our list building. But they also dont look TOO powerful. Good job.
Personally, I would just have liked to remove the Kabal/Cult/Coven restriction. Would have loved Kabal with Dark Technomancers (but that could be considered OP)
