So I magnetized 3 out of every ten of my models, one special weapon, one heavy one and one sybarite  per box of 10. I now have 15 models with no arms and I am wondering if anyone knows the best way to paint individual limbs. I'm worried the magnets are to weak to handle dry brushing. The magnets I got are not the best.

Dry brushing could indeed pose a problem. I usually attach the magnetised arms to something like a file and use that as a handle. But I don't use dry brushing, so that probably won't help you much. I do however believe that it should be possible to focus on one part of the arm for drybrushing while holding the arm at the other end and repeating it with the opposite ends after it has completely dried. I don't think there's much in the way of an alternative, really.

Gotta agree with red_head. Attach the arms to something else metal, and paint there. I've done exactly the same as you for a few weapons, and the technique worked well.

I use blue tac and put it on a popsicle stick, works for dry brushing for me.
