actually closer to 18 marines a turn dead potentially, not including any auras from 9 of them. you still have 1280pts to spend in 2k games.
I really can't see any scenario that your opponent gets to ignore these, ignore them by all means, but when T2 comes they are not ignoring you.

Oh i'm not saying its good either, though i certainly think it should be looked at more, the regen just seems game breaking. I'm very curious to see if anyone can make it work just for the giggles, its a horrid thing to face.

The regen works on any Dark Eldar unit, including those 4 wound Razorwing Flocks.
