| Hey yo, before I go and turn my Kabal of the Dark Sun into the Wych Cult of Strife, what do all the markings mean on the transfer sheet? I'm keen on using the red circle filled with a black marking that's on the right of the sheet, anyone know what it's for? | |

| Most of them are symbols for Kabals, Cults and Covens. Off the top of my head, the blue snake is the Poisoned Tongue, the ones below are for the Black Heart, the skull with two red lines and the sickle above it is for the Flayed Skull and the septogram is for The Hex. | |

| They are Kabal and Cult markings.
For the Kabals on the left:
Blue Snake is Kabal of the Poisoned Tongue. Below that is the Black Heart. Not sure on the next two. Below that, the crossed bones thing is Kabal of the Last Hatred. The eye under that is the Kabal of the Baleful Gaze. The skull in star is the Kabal of the Dying Sun. And finally the Lord of the Iron Thorn.
To the right of Baleful Gaze, you have the Kabal of the Broken Sigil too.
The Coven markings are in the middle, and are the circular ones: The hand is the Prophets Of Flesh. Under that, the swirl is The Everspiral. Below that to the right, The Dark Creed. The seven pointed star is The Hex. The spindly, spidery one near that is The Altered.
On the right od the sheet are the Cults, which I don't know.

| Ah-ha! 5th edition Codex!
Eye with a mark in a blue oval is the Kabal of the Slashed Eye! The one under that on the bone background is the Obsidian Rose!
The specific one you're asking about......I actually came to something interesting. Its Black Heart. Maybe. The 5th edition Codex shows a Raider of the Black Heart, using THAT rune instead of the usual Kabal emblem. Theres a later Ravager of the Black Heart with a different rune.
So that one ISN'T a Wych Cult. Its something else, used on vehicles......

| No prob.
From the looks of it, all of the ones on the right in red boxes are generic markings intended for vehicles, but with so far no direct meaning.

| How about this one? Thinking of making my kabal of the dark mirror, which has no published symbol. I'm not artistic enough to freehand my own. | |

| Hey, tuc0m, first off, welcome to the Dark City! I'm reasonably certain that you'd get away with that. I don't think that sigil has an assigned Kabal, though it is a Kabal thing. I've seen it on a couple of unspecified vehicles in the 7th ed book, but as I said, unspecified. Beyond that, if the runes are uniform, DEldar players are rare enough no one will call you on it. _________________ This world exists because of the things we have done, forever branching to the decisions we make and twisting to what we do not.

| Dark Eldar players may be rare, but you'll be a Dark Eldar player, and you'll know. It will gradually consume you from the inside until there is nothing left and you are just a hollow shell going through the motions.
Which is why Dark Eldar players are rare. _________________ Dark Eldar plog: Drug-Crazed Space ElvesStupid humans plog: Calyptra's Stupid Humans Vampire Counts plog: Bat Country

| haha @Calyptra. I already sought out a box of 3rd edition warriors to use for my trueborn units to make them more distinct. I feel it already. | |

This might not be wanted advice but you might want to consider reversing that - the 3rd edition warriors are noticeably smaller than the current ones, so look odd if you're treating them as the elites. But if you count them as standard warriors and use the modern design as Trueborn it works perfectly.

| @burnage my thought process was that the trueborn are born instead of created so they would be physically smaller. Kind of the same vein as IG vs SM. IG are regular humans while SM are genetically created super shoulders and larger than IG. Also they have blades on top of blades. | |

Me too!! I like them because his armour is very similar to warriors of Dragon Ball xD - Spoiler:

I like to think that I go to paint them mixing the schemes of the Black Heart and Dragon Ball. Someday, i hope. xD
