I'd change your HQ to a Succubus w/ Archite Glaive and haywire grenades to keep your grots from getting tied up by elite infantry, drop the dark lance from the raider(since it will have to snap fire when you jink anyhow, and can't fire when you move 30" across the table flat out turn 1 to deliver your grots+ Succubus combo), give each unit of Kabalites a blaster, swap the reaver's blasters for cluster caltrops instead, and make all scourges have haywire blasters. Would make the list look like this:
Succubus w/ Archite Glaive & Haywire Grenades 100
1x 3 Grotesques in a raider 160
2x 5 Kabalites w/Blaster in a dual cannon venom 240
2x 3 Reavers w/Cluster Caltrops 126
1x 5 Scourges w/4 Haywire blasters 120
I normally don't recommend blasters on kabalites, but in small points games like this, making them versatile instead of specialized can be a benefit. In 1500+ games, I'd tend to specialize units more. I hope that helps! Good luck, whatever you decide to do!
