Alright so here's my 1850 list I'm working on:
HQ
Archon w/ Agoniser, Shadow Field, Venom(SC)  (190pts)
Archon w/ Agoniser, Shadow Field, Venom(SC)  (190pts)
2x Sslyths  (50pts)
2x Sslyths  (50pts)

Elites
5x Incubi w/ Venom(SC) (165pts)
5x Incubi w/ Venom(SC) (165pts)

Troops
10 Kabalite Warriors w/ Splinter Cannon  (185pts)
Raider w/ Night shield, Splinter racks
10 Kabalite Warriors w/ Splinter Cannon  (185pts)
Raider w/ Night shield, Splinter racks

Heavy Support
Ravager w/ 3xDark Lance, Nightshield     (140pts)
Ravager w/ 3xDark Lance, Nightshield     (140pts)

Dark Artisan Formation
Hamey w/ WWP, Nightmare Doll (140pts)
Chronos w/ Spirit Probe (125pts)
Talos w/ Chain-Flails (125pts)

Sslyths ride with the archons. I feel it's lacking anti air but there isn't too much in my local meta. Plus I was thinking of swapping out one/two ravagers for RWJF but then I lose dark lances.

EDIT: forgot to add what I have currently. One squad of Kabalites, 2 Archons, 2 Raiders, 2 Venoms and 6 reavers.

The second archon isn't needed and the sslyth are too small. Also the WWPs you'll find aren't ideal for what your planning so I'd suggest dropping those as well. Alternately if you just really wanna use a WWP then take a unit more suited to it.. such as blasterborn, medusa court etc or even reavers with melta (9 strong min) and give that archon a blaster.

Otherwise and keeping with the general scheme I'd recommend consolidating the sslyth into one unit. A raider with splinter wracks would be a better transport here btw, its more durable and with twin linked they can reliably threaten FMCs. That said the venom can work but you'll be snap shooting due to jink so again I'd suggest the raider for cost, durability and to maximize the sslyths firepower. Give the venom(s) to the warriors instead. They can comfortably sit back at 24-36" and pour firepower.

Honestly you don't need 2 incubi units either. They are more a surgical unit than a spam unit. I've used multiples in the past and they can be rather fun at times but one is the sweet spot, if any.

Instead I would highly recommend fitting those reavers in. 2x3 with caltrops are fantastic at many roles and if you have 20 spare pts laying around then blasters are worth considering to up your dark light count. I wouldn't include them in 6 man squads though.

Razorwings are solid and if you make the changes above you can fit at least one in. How you arm it/them just depends. I prefer disi cannons atm but lances work too. If you don't see many flyers then I'd recommend disi's.

Sorry about that I messed the list up. I agree with the WWPs on archons and I don't actually have them, accidentally listed them. And I already have 2 Archons and wanted the Sslyths to boost Toughness so turn 2 I can have a meatshield up front to drop the Artisan squad by giving everyone fnp +4. Alternatively one of my Archons is a converted Succubus, would it be better to run her? I really liked the 2++ for tanking.

I'm interested in your experience with the incubi though. Are they survivable enough in a Venom to have only one squad of them? I was also thinking about getting rid of a squad for Mandrakes based on model love alone. And the 2+ cover save in ruins didn't hurt either.

I've seen caltrops mess up people's day but the uneven points on the reavers urk me. I'll try to get over it and use them.

Sounds like a cool plan, try it out. I like sslyth personally I just never run less than 4 unless its only 1 as a camper. 2 x 2 + archon is just so close to a grotesquerie and I much prefer my grots to really anything.

I prefer the archon although some swear by the succubus. Really the difference is ap2 vs 2++/ID weapon. I prefer the fear factor of not rolling that 1 and the chance to ID nearly anything. For example I recently had a game where my archon + grots took fire from 3 vindis. Shadow field tanked all but the last and died. Grots went on to roll the entire flank and basically wreck his whole army. I love crap like that.

Incubi I've ran every which way.. 8 strong + phoenix lords, 2x3, 2x4, 1x5. I really enjoy the unit but they don't always have good targets so IF I run them I usually settle for a single unit. I like 5 because they will take a casualty or two on the way in. Dont be afraid of charging units in cover btw. You'll rarely if ever find camping combat specialists so striking last almost never saves their target. On rides I mostly prefer a raider although I'll take a venom at times because I like the look of their specific venom, or else I want to increase my splinterfire count. Disi's are underrated though and the raider has night shield option and 3 HPs. Its the better transport outside of finding LoS blocking cover.. so theres that to consider locally.

Ya reavers are king man don't let that dissuade you. In fact if you mix reavers and drakes you'll find the pts loss to be minimal, if all taken in units of 3 that is and which is what I'd recommend here.
