Coven Missiosn

Anyone tried out the Alter of War missions found in the back of the Coven Supplement, specifically Fear the Reaper? It sounds like an interesting spin on objectives but curious to hear people's experiences.

The other 2, which are variants of Purge the Alien, sound interesting to try out as well.

So I'm curious - anyone tried any of the missions out yet?

Not yet, though I have an as yet unspecified date against my local night lords player for that one

@Llama - I'm with you on Fear the Reaper. One aspect I miss from the Codex before last was that you could take captives to earn victory points. It's nice to see something that reflects the fluff coming back into DE battles. After all, the *main* reason we raid realspace is to harvest the prey species, not just pick a fight with whoever we find.

I haven't actually managed to play a game yet, but I intend to try to persuade my opponent to play that one when I do.
