Here's my refined, tinkered list

Succubus w/ Glaive, Armour of Misery - 110
4x Incubi w/ Klaivex, Venom 2x SC- 155
10x Wyches w/ 2x Hydra Gauntlets, Hekatrix w/ Agonizer, DC Raider w/ Sail and NS- 220
10x Warriors w/ Splinter Cannon, DC Raider w/ Racks and NS- 180
10x Warriors w/ Splinter Cannon, DC Raider w/ Racks and NS- 180
5x Scourges w/ 4x HL or HWB- 120
9x Reavers w/3x CC, 3x HL, AC w/Agonizer- 254
Ravager- 3x Dark Lance, NS- 140
Ravager- 3x Dark Lance, NS- 140

I am undecided for what weapons to give the Scourges.

As for the Reavers, how should I model them, should I load both the HL and the Caltrops on one model (with one Caltrop on the AC) or should I split them up amongst the unit?

This list can be flexible as either a Combined Arms Detachment gaining ObSec, or Real Space Raiders Detachment, gaining Hunt from the Shadows.

@the reaver question. Model them so that they are one model. you'll lose less important reavers as casualties.

Re: Scourges.

Haywire blasters give you far more leeway when deep striking. If you scatter with heat lances, odds are you're going to be out of double dice range for your AP roll. You give up the chance of blowing a vehicle up, but even if they only manage to strip two hull points from something, your ravagers should be able to finish it off (don't think I've ever managed more than one damage roll with a ravager personally)

Great list, I like it. I have to agree with the guys above: all or nothing for your Reavers and their load-outs, and Haywires for your Scourges. Maybe consider Heat Lances if you can give them a Webway Portal, but that'd mean re-jigging your whole HQ set-up.

You know what, I REALLY like that list. I may have to go and shell out on some Reavers and a Succubus...

Agreed with Burning Eye about the haywire blasters. Reliable hull point stripping at range is more useful than the odd chance to explode something.

And the 250 pt expansion if i happen to end up with 1750 games (where i live more likely to go lower on the scale)

2x Talos, TL Haywire.

Gotta have to cut Three Reaver Jetbikes and respective weapons. Or switch out the Agonizer for a Power Sword.

68 pt budget. Where to put?

I'm thinking a lone, empty Venom.

Solved my problem by just cutting one hydra gauntlet out of the equation (courtesy of my brother)

Might I ask why you opt for HL on the Reavers? I personally am more inclined towards Blasters because of 9" more effective AT which works well with the assault move. Ok maybe hiding 9 Reavers isn't going to be easy. I guess they can blow up a transport and charge the contents. Which would mean that they don't really need to be supported all the time.
I like your list. I am especially surprised by the low cost of Incubi. The question is if adding the Succubus to them isn't making the unit too killy? It might be difficult to stay in combat unless your target has invulnerable saves or fearless. The AoM only makes it worse. Or do you plan to split off the Succubus if no Elite assault troops need to be countered?

Did you just say the Succubus/Incubi was too killy? :p

Sorry, I'm having trouble hearing you over the sound of 50 conscripts (+ Lord Commissar) being sweeping advanced.

Also Space Marines are effectively fearless, thanks to ATSKNF. So we get to stay in combat.
