Hah, Yeah I only plan to make 3 Grotesques.
I think they are cool, but not the best game wise.
They kinda remind me of Chaos Dreads, how they can go Berserk if the dice are rolled wrong and start killing people around them.

Yeah... Them and Chaos spawn are going to be the way to go.

And the razorwings are dead smexy.

Venom - Love the look! Especially with the Wych crew. If I ever got one of these, those Wyches would be very good for some of my Raiders.

Scourges - Even though they're not in my army plan, if I can eventually develop my army beyond the current point limit I'd love a tank-busting squad of these. I see a lot of you guys don't like the bat wings, though being a bit cliche I think they're really cool looking.

Talos/Parsite Engine - Was surprised by the size I saw at GW but like the model overall. It's very interesting how they worked it into the Haemonculus theme.

Razorwing - Another unit I'd have to throw in with more points. I find the weapon arsenal to be flat-out sexy and the model is great looking. I've always wanted an air unit like it and love the design.

Wracks/Grotesques - I'm very surprised at how big Grotesques will be, but like it. It's a very interesting and fun-looking size for an elite unit, though making a squad would be too expensive if you ask me, though I honestly like the model. Wracks look pretty cool also, though I don't know much about the unit since I mostly play Wyches.

Haemonculi - I'm blown away by the villainous design of these and the weapon availability. Even though I miss it's old ability, I'd love to get one of these with a Stinger pistol, even if I never used it.

Personaly i thoght the Talos pic in the codex looked awesome, and so the new talos was a bit of a dissapointment. I had to spend about 3 hours with a razor saw to make it look like an evil metal scorpion, but i did OK.

The Venom.......... LoveHate, as i had just finished converting my own from vyper and raider bits (good timing GW) but the new kit is so awesome i dont realy mind mutch.

Scourges: awesome. 'nuff said.

Lightning out.

Venom - looks sneaky. Crew's great. Love the model.

Scourges - Cool models, though I wish they'd all have the same type of wings...

Talos/Cronos - Wicked!

Razorwing - cream of the crop! I hope it turns out to be competitive!

Grotesques - I dislike them, but like others have said before this just goes to fit their underwhelming abilities.

Wracks: scary...

Haemonculi - I think the model is awesome. Pose is so much more intimidating than Rakarth! Like a final boss in a video game. Laughing

This wave was a bit of a disappointment to me, really liked the scourges and the vehicles, but wasn't sold on the coven troops in general. Would've grabbed the haemie and some wracks if they weren't finecast, but now don't really feel like playing the lottery with them. Maybe later. Meanwhile proceeded to get two old-school haemies (the one with the arm-weapon, I call it a liquifier, and Urien, the old old one) and the new dark elf sorceress to convert as a third one (shattershard onto the pointing hand, still figuring out what to use on the right hand...)

Well, I'm mostly happy that they did some of my tougher army selections for me. Smile

Aside from the feet(yes, they look stupid as can be) I don't mind the Grotesque. The single pose is annoying but fixable with a little conversion work. I run a unit of four with Urien when I feel like running the mindless Meat Wagon up the gut. I've played orks for years and this unit is really fun when I'm not in the mood for tactics. Didn't the like the Wracks until I painted my first unit of them. Love it!
