Actually Im happy about that as well. Our local SW player is also an Eldar player and has been using the Corsair list for some time now, one day after playing a few games with the Corsairs, he tried Redmaw against me as his SW HQ, and transformed T2... I looked at his stats and was like "Ok... why would you take him?" He didnt have a power weapon, and lost so much when he turned. Now atleast he is decent in combat, and can bust a tank or two.

As for the Corsair list I must say I am impressed with it. The amount of AV 12 halo-fields you can slap down on the field is amazing, and backed by Warp Hunters and Hornets it makes for one quite fearsome Mech List. Also 175 points for 10 man jetpack infantry w/ 2 ML and 2 Fusion Guns is cheap for what it can do. They remind me of Tau so much, its not even funny Razz. Im kinda disapointed in their HQs though, but atleast the Prince will get some play with the orbital bombardment.

Personally I see this as a step forward for Eldar, and cant wait to see how CWE get updated.

I just got the book, and wow I am excited.

The main reason I love the corsair list is because if I wrote the eldar Dex, that is what the vehicle and infantry options would look like. I love that all the vehicles are BS4! As far as I'm concerned there is no reason that craftworlder gunners, who it can be presumed have been at their craft for decades shouldn't be BS4. I love the troops options. Bikers with scout and BS4. Wow. And war Walkers as troops. BS4 war walkers as well!

And the Hornet! It can outflank! And can take two pulse lasers! And holofields! And the corsairs can get relentless and 2 missile launchers. Wow I love this list. there is so much versatility and flying awesomeness.
