PostSubject: Question regarding Haemonculus    Thu Oct 19 2017, 20:26

i refer to something Lawrence from TTT mentioned recently

2) I would look to relaxing the HQs with Haemonculus to give my venoms Toughness 6. I would also look at adding a decent combat deterrent to the army, and something fast that could deliver them into gun lines to help shut them down quickly. At the moment Razorwing flocks do it the cheapest, but I'm hoping that when the new Codex drops, Reavers will become cheaper and viable again Smile

Does the Haemy +1 rule even work when he is inside a venom? i thought this wouldnt work. Thanks

Models inside a vehicle are considered to be off the table, and can only interact with other models where a rule specifically allows it (such as open topped). Therefore, a Haemonculus in a Venom cannot project its aura to affect that Venom or anything else within range.

If only we could put them on a jetbike.

You rekon he might mean putting him on foot and just making sure he isnt the closest model to target?

I imagine that would be the plan. Would limit the mobility of the Venoms a lot though.
