Since the leaks, I've felt a renewed urge to expand my usual Eldar force with some of their spikier siblings - instead of for conversion parts for my corsairs - and wanted to try something which hopefully can stand on its own two feet reasonably well. Threw in a lonely Solitaire, since they look absolutely wicked and lore-wise can imagine the Succubus trying to gain favor with the ruling of Commorragh by out-murdering a servant of She Who Thirsts. Bloodbrides also sends some distinct Khaine vibes and inspired the name of the Cult.

Played around with some alternatives such as reducing the numbers of scourges in favor of an additional Hexatrix and upgrades for their squads.

Anyway,

I've found Venoms significantly more effective for their points than Raiders. The Solitaire is both real fast already (remember, he can Advance every turn without losing anything thanks to Rising Crescendo, so in practice he's only .5 inches behind your transports on movement), and a Character, so he doesn't really need the transport space you appear to be leaving open for him (and I don't think he can go in a Raider, as he is not Drukhari Infantry.)

I also would advise taking Mandrakes in place of barebones scourges- they are the more effective options for the point cost if you don't take advantage of the large number of special/heavy weapons slots that Scourges offer. Mandrakes are noticeably more expensive than barebones scourges, but much deadlier and significantly more durable (to shooting attacks, anyway).

Honestly it might be worth dropping the Solitaire entirely- with a Succubus and large numbers of Wyches, some special weapons on your Syrens would achieve a very similar effect at a drastically reduced points cost.

If I were optimizing this while keeping it similar in terms of playstyle, I would:

-Drop the solitaire from your army. You've got enough assault strength without him, and he's really expensive.
-Exchange one of the raiders full of Bloodbrides for two Venoms with 5 Bloodbrides/Wyches aboard each (as points allow). This also gives you an additional unit champion weapon slot, and additional gladiatorial weapon slot.
-Swap a squad of Scourges for Mandrakes. Both, if you can fit the points in, which should be doable if you drop the Solitaire. This gives you considerably more killing power against things with decent saves (and vehicles).
-Take some special weapons on the unit champions of your Wyches and Bloodbrides, and gladiatorial weapons. That will give them extra killing power at a much cheaper cost than the Solitaire.

Hope this helps! Definitely keep the Voidraven, it provides durable, mobile anti vehicle power, and you need that.

Didn't leave it open, was just strapped for points. Poor planning on my part by prioritizing bodies. Solitaire, the poor guy can't even ride with his harlequin friends.

The latest version of the list dropped a squad of Scourges with the other squad getting a few haywire blasters and both Hekatrix squads reciving upgrades with the second going to 10 strong.

This kept the army basically the same in structure, but adding some additional anti-vehicle which was previously lacking.

Onto the advice,

Dropping the remaining Scourge squad and the Solitaire from the revised list, I have enough room for about 11 of them. Certainly an option.

Going for Venoms and Mandrakes instead of scourges and solitaire I can get about 9 or take another Voidraven for the same points. So going 1xSuccubus, 9xHekatrix w/Raider, 2x(5xHekatrix w/Venom), 2xVoidraven/1xVoid Raven and 7-9 Mandrakes (Depending on extra cannons on Venoms). In this list exchaing one of the squads of Hekatrixs with Blaster-born with a slight reduction in the number of Mandrakes could make it a bit more versatile.

Thanks for the well-reasoned advice.

Looking solid! One piece of special weapon advice, if you plan on using Grave Lotus as one of your Bloodbride squad's Combat Drugs, swap out that squad's Agonizer for a Power Sword- Poisoned 4+ is less useful than then extra point of AP on an S4 model. Also consider trading a Mandrake body for some Hydra Gauntlets- especially with Grave Lotus or Adrenalight, they are MEAN.
