I was so outraged I spat out my tea (Earl Grey, naturally) all over my copy of The Times! Then I blamed the dastardly French and moved on.

A week later we'll then make the exact same joke about ourselves and pretend we cleverly came up with it, don't forget that part.

Only one?

English do fine villains? Yes. You are lucky Sad

Whenever germans appear in a movie we are villains and you can here something that Hollywood considers german but that sounds as if the guy got a taser stuck up his butt and is shouting something whenever it's turned on.

Or ve are portaid az sonething like dis. As if ve deutsche vold speek like dis. Pretzel Sauerkraut Bier!

Wargamer Fritz made a video about 8th. He thinks it'll be four grand alliances like AoS and be a much simpler game. Idk if I buy the idea l 4 grand alliances in 40k

4 grand alliances?
Like: Eldar, Imperium, Bad Xenos (Tyranid/Ork/Tau?), Chaos?

Yeah basically. I can't see most Xenos working together though

It would probably be more like:

Imperium
Eldar variants + Tau
Tyranid, Ork, Necrons (Some wierd story about how the necrons created the tyranids and the orks..)
Chaos

Or, even more realistically:

4 grand alliances that vaguely resemble the old races, but change enough so that you require basically all completely new models to play the game. Released 2 months after they release entire new lines of models for the old game, which are no longer valid. Models invalidated before they're even painted. Checkmate, screw you, GG.

Love,

Games Workshop

Does this guy have some kind of special insight or devine abilities?

The Emperor wakes up. The Lords of Terra gather around him shouting, 'Praised be! Praised be!' but the first thing he does is to slaughter them all. He takes a good look around and says, 'You guys got it all wrong! Time for some changes.' A mysterious troupe of mysterious Harlequins mysteriously arrives and he leaves with them, mysteriously.

All across the Imperium, humanity splits up. 'We must follow him, he's the Emprah!' says one. 'No he's not,' says another, 'it's a Chaos trick!' 'You heretic!' 'No, you're the heretic!' And much trouble ensues. On Commorragh and the Craftworlds, the Harlequins convince the eldar to ally with the risen emperor (hinting that they might have something to do with it and it might not really be the Emperor), but Slaanesh makes them a counter-offer: join Chaos instead! In return, she won't eat their souls any more. Well, much. Instead of craftworld eldar, dark eldar, exodites, and so on, the eldar race splits into Alliance Eldar and Chaos Eldar.

Meanwhile, a space hulk crashes into an ork world. On board are orks and tyranids that have spent so much time together that they have evolved into a single new species: tyranorks, or... orknids. Orks are fine with this, and Tyranids are always evolving anyway, so they join together as a faction.

The first to fight the new ork-tyranid-orknid alliance are the Necrons, and it gives them an idea. What all of these new races need is to be necronised! Instead of being egyptian mummies in space, they'll now be like the Borg from Star Trek. You'll get necroneldar, necronhumans, necronorks, and so on.

And Chaos already kind of works like that. So there you go, four factions: Chaos, Alliance, Old Imperium, Mindless Destruction, and the Necroborg. Um... five factions. Okay, scrap one.

Not really. I watched the video and it's mostly wishful thinking - for something most wargamers don't wish. And his reasoning is basically "if it's not disconfirmed, it is confirmed".
