Hi buddies.

I got m'self a lynx, and I want to model it with an open cockpit, and have the pilot sitting on the vehicle, next to the cockpit, in a relaxed pose, as if he's taking a break to smoke something.

I want him to look like this 80's Titan Crew guy from this picture:

What bitz should I use to convert him?

I don't see a picture in your post.
It may just be me though.

I see no picture either.

BUt if you're tsalking about reposing an existing mini, what you need to do is repose some legs. Either the pilot from a Vyper or one of the passengers from a Raider if you want a more Dark Eldar feel. YOu'll probably need to slice and repose, probably pin at the knee.

Plastic harlequins are probably your best bet here, if only for the dynamically posed legs (1-4 in the GW pic could probably be posed as "lounging").  They also wear clothing as opposed to armor.  A couple of the hellion and wych torsos wear jackets with piping on them similar to your image, but would have bare arms (unless you use the harlequin ones).  Mixing harlequin legs with other torsos requires some conversion work too, usually green stuff.
